Terms and Conditions
- Participation and Eligibility: By participating in this Collabathon, all entrants warrant that they possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and agree to adhere to all professional conduct standards established by the organizers.
- Intellectual Property Rights: All creative assets, strategic frameworks, and brand scaling concepts developed during the event remain the property of the originating party, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. Participants grant the organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to showcase their contributions for promotional purposes related to this event.
- Confidentiality: Participants acknowledge that they may be exposed to proprietary brand information and trade secrets. All attendees agree to maintain strict confidentiality and shall not disclose, reproduce, or utilize such sensitive information for external commercial gain without express written consent.
- Professional Conduct: Participants agree to engage in collaborative efforts with mutual respect and professionalism. Harassment, discriminatory behavior, or disparagement of other participants or the hosting brand will result in immediate disqualification from the event.
- Limitation of Liability: The organizers assume no responsibility for the technical performance of third-party platforms utilized during the Collabathon. Participants engage at their own risk, and the organizers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation.
- No Guarantee of Outcome: While the Collabathon focuses on professional creative direction and brand scaling, the organizers provide no guarantees regarding business results, financial growth, or the commercial viability of concepts developed during the event.
- Modification and Termination: The organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Collabathon at their sole discretion due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient participation, without incurring liability for any costs incurred by the participants.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the hosting entity is registered, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
